Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.

What is our return policy?
We take returns very seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong Product: If a wrong product is delivered due to any mistake then it is our responsibility to manage pick up of wrong product and deliver the ordered product to you.
- Damaged: We are really very quality conscious, we assure you about quality but still if you find any quality issue then we are always ready to accept your return request. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back. Just send a email with Order id and Image of Product with Quality Issue.
- Size Mismatch: Please do not worry, we will accept return or exchange on your request.
- Did not like the product: If you do not like the product then you can still return the product and choose another amazing outfit.
You can return the outfit within 15 days of delivery. Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We’re sure that while raising a return request, you will take care of the below points which will help our returns team to quickly process your request:
Of course, you can’t resist trying an outfit and admiring yourself in the mirror with it! But please make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed & not damaged.
Can I return outfits purchased during Offers?
Outfits purchased under Festive Offers and ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Offers are not eligible for return.
Do I need to pay for my returns?
No. In case of any special situations where we are not able to collect the outfit, please ship it to the address below and we will reimburse the cost to you. Please do not forget to save the shipping receipt.
Can I send the outfit through the same delivery guy if I don’t like it?
No, all our returns have a separate procedure. We will have the outfit picked up separately at a time convenient for you. Our executives have to create return request to our courier partners.
Do I need to return with the same packaging?
Yes, please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.
I paid for the product using COD?
No worries! We’ll refund the amount in the form of Swaragini Voucher which can be used for future purchases on our site.
How much time does it take for the refund, if I have made my payment by options other than COD?
Once your return is processed by our Brand Executives, the refund will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours after receipt of product.
Under what condition will my return not get accepted?
Generally, we are flexible in our returns policy and we ensure all genuine return claims are processed at the earliest. However, we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:
- Used/washed outfits
- Original packaging not provided
- Returns raised after 15 days of delivery
